摘要
基于MC13175/13176的无线电发射电路工作频率范围为260～470MHz,902～928MHz,可以作为FM/AM通信系统中的发射器,发射功率可调至10db,功率输出采用差分形式,可以使用环形天线或者平衡和不平衡变压器输出。电源电压1.8～5V,待机模式电流10μA。
As the operating frequencies range of the wireless emitter circuit of Mc 13175/13176 and 260～470Mhz and 902～928Mhz. It can be used as an emitting in FM/AM communication system. The emitting power can be modulated to 10db. The power output is in differential form, It can be output by using coil antenna or balanced and un-balanced transformer . The Voltage of power source is 1.8～5V. The current of stand-by mode is 10μA.
