衡阳市可持续发展状况的生态足迹模型定量评估

Value of Sustainable Development of Hengyang City Based on Ecological Footprint Model

采用生态足迹模型对衡阳市2001年的生态足迹进行了实证计算和分析。结果表明:衡阳市生态足迹占用已远远超过其生态承载力,人均生态赤字为1.1892hm2,总人口的生态赤字为8.43x106hm2。这反映出衡阳市的生产、生活强度超过了生态系统的承载能力,此区域生态系统处于人类的过度开发利用和压力之下。

The ecological footprint method presents a simple framework for national and natural capital accounting. Taking Hengyang City as an example, the article calculated and analyzed the ecological footprint of Hengyang City In 2001.In the case of Hengyang City, the regional ecological deficit was 1.1892hm^2 per capita., the regional ecological deficit of total population was 8.43 x 106hm^2. The analysis showed that the human load has already stayed beyond the regional bio-capacity, and the regional natural ecosystem is under great pressure of human activities.
