民事裁判文书能否适应新时期法制发展要求，能否直接体现事实、理由、法律和公正，将直接影响当前审判方式改革成果。探讨当前民事裁判文书的不足，并揭示民事裁判文书改革方向和内容是审判方式改革的重要课题。

It will directly affect our reform in adjudication style whether civil adjudicate documents can suit the need of the development of our legal system in new times and reflect facts, reasons, law and justice. Hence making an inquire into the detects of civil adjudicate document and pointing out its reform direction and contents is an important problem which needs further studying.
