在中国能源紧张的今天,节能电器大势所趋.中国的能源状况决定了节能将成为中国家电业发展的主旋律.从去年开始的全国范围的"电荒",带给人们诸多不便的同时,也在客观上催生了中国节能家电这个大市场.但强制性法规的缺位,成为节能家电进入千家万户的最大瓶颈.国家电网公司提供的<全国电力市场分析报告>显示,2004年全国用电量将达到20910亿千瓦时.由于电力需求继续高速增长,同期电源投产容量相对不足,预计2004年全国总体电力供需形势将比2003年更为严峻,持续拉闸限电的地区将有所增加.
The paper discuss the tension existed in China energy source, and illustrate the energy saving appliance from the choke point,barriers,legislation,the example of brand enterprises and various aspects. From the illustration we can conclude that China has contributed a lot to the energy saving field, and the energy saving appliances industry has made great progress. However, there is still a long way to go in the development of energy saving technology.
