摘要
日本专利法的最新修改主要表现在实性和程序两个方面，但仍面临着与社会发展磨合、与其它法律协调、调整司法组织、解决国际化中的标准化问题和专利权利扩张等新课题。
The latest revision of the Patent Law of Japan is mainly reflected in the two aspects:the entity and procedure,but still face the new problems such as cooperating with social development,coordinating with other laws,adjusting judicial organi za-tions,solving the standardized problems in internationalization and expanding of patent right ,etc.
