As a widely used scientific and technological method,the psychological test plays an important role in the practice of investigation.However,there's no definite legal regulations on the problem whether the psychological test results can be taken as evidences in criminal procedure.For the purpose of tandardizing the application of this technique,it's necessary to probe into the its develop ment ,its scientific principles,the position of test results in the criminal procedure and to establish,perfect the system of its application.
