处在社会转型期的我国，人民内部矛盾逐渐增多，利益冲突越来越普遍，群体性事件不断发生。认识群体性事件的特点，分析其引发的原因，将有利于对群体性事件的处置。在处置群体事件时应把握好三个弄清楚、三个检查、三个原则、三个注意、三个提高。

In the transforming stage of China,group incidents happen repeatedly because of the increasing contradiction among people themselves and the conflict of their interests.Therefore,correct understanding of the features of group incidents and anal-ysis of causes will help deal with theses kind of incidents.This paper also puts forwards some problems need attention in deal-ing with these incidents.
