Study on Work Agency's Functions in Our Country's Small Towns

文章分析了目前我国劳动力的总体状况以及劳务中介机构情况。在此基础上从核心功能以及拓展功能两方面研究小城镇劳务中介机构的功能结构,并探讨小城镇劳务中介机构功能价值的评价。最后分析了小城镇劳务中介机构在我国农村富余劳动力转移方面的作用和途径,为解决我国农村富余劳动力转移问题提供一定的参考建议。

This paper discusses the status of labor force and work agency institutions in our country. The function structure of work agency in small towns is discussed in two aspects such as core function and extensive function. Then the paper discusses the valuation method. Finally the paper analyzes the work agency's approaches for transferring rural excessive labor force and providing some suggestions.
