摘要
本文从家禽的脂肪组织细胞形态学研究进展入手,详细综述了控制家禽体脂、腹脂沉积的各种方法,并对这些方法的应用效果和实际应用价值进行了评价。同时从遗传和营养学角度讨论了利用营养与基因的互作关系调控家禽脂肪沉积量的可行性。
This aritcle reviewed the approaches for regulation of pultry carcass and abdominal fat deposition,and the effect as well as practical value of these methods were appraised.Also,the feasibility of using the interaction between gene and nutrition to regulate the adipose deposition of poultry was discussed from genetics and nutriology.
