高校重点学科评估指标体系与方法的研究

A Research on the Evaluating Target System of the Key Disciplines and Methods in Higher Learning Institutions

该文结合高校重点学科建设的特点 ,以系统论、信息论和控制论作为指导 ,提出了高校重点学科评估指标体系与具体评价方法 ,其目的是在高校内部的学科建设管理过程中建立一种公平合理、优胜劣汰的激励机制。

Based on the characteristics of the key disciplines construction in higher learning institutions, this paper puts forward the evaluating target system of the key disciplines and its methods under the guidance of systematology, information theory and cybernetics. It aims at building a fair mechanism which allows the choice of the superior and elimination of the inferior concerning the management and construction of the key disciplines in higher learning institutions.
