决策咨询信息网络化在农业上的应用正成为农业研究的热点。精确农业、专家系统、网络服务正在改变着传统的农作方式 ,及时掌握这方面的发展动向 ,加快建立和完善我国农业信息体系 ,对实现跨世纪农业的发展无疑具有重要意义。该文简要论述了知识经济时代下国内外农业决策咨询信息网络化发展现状、分析比较存在的问题 ,提出适合我国国情的农业信息网络化发展方向和对策。

Agricultural decision making and consulting information network is becoming a hotspot in study, and precision agriculture, expert system and network service are changing traditional agriculture. It is of great significance to master knowledge in time and build the information system quickly for agricultural development in 21st century. The paper studies the development actuality of agricultural network both in China and abroad, analyses their differences and gives developing directions and strategies suitable for China.
