在我国需要接受教育的人口众多而教育资源短缺的现实下 ,发展网络教学是解决这一矛盾的最佳途径。网络教学不受时间、地点的限制 ,不用消耗大量的教学资源 ,可以使我们在有限的教学资源下 ,办好大众化的教育。

At present, owing to the numerous people who need education and the lack of education resources, improving network teaching is the best way of solving this problem. Network teaching has no limit of time, place, not consuming much education resources.Thus we can develop popular education by using limited teaching resources.
