前后联合手术治疗胸腰椎骨折伴不全瘫围手术期的护理

The perioperative nursing of thoracic and licmbar bone broken in combination with incompletion paralysis treated by pre and post coalesce surgical care

目的 :探讨后路椎弓根内固定系统复位固定联合前路减压植骨术治疗胸腰椎骨折伴不全瘫围手术期的护理。方法 :通过手术前后的心理护理 ,提高患者战胜疾病的信心 ,积极配合治疗护理 ,密切观察病情变化 ,采取各种护理措施避免或减少并发症的发生 ,指导患者早期正确的功能锻炼。结果 :患者瘫痪肢体的功能得到了最大程度的恢复 ,缩短了卧床时间 ,提高了自理能力。结论 :对前后联合手术治疗胸腰椎骨折伴不全瘫围术期的系统护理 ,可以提高手术成功率和治疗效果 ,减少并发症的发生 。

Objective :To explore the perioperative nursing of thoracic and lumbar bone broken in combination with in completion paoalysis treated by restoration fix of post vertebral arch's fix system uniting bone-implantation surgery of prepressure reducing . Methods : Improve the patients' confidence conquering disease and lot them cooperate activily by psychological nursing ,observe disease progress complications ,guide patients to do right function exercise in the early phase . Results : The limbs of patients got better in the most degree ,the time laying on bed was shorten ,the patients' ability of taking care of oneselves was improved . Conclusion : The systematic nursing care rounds surgical operation of this disease can improve success rate of operation and treatment effect , reduce complications and promote the patients' recovery .
