简述了二次成型 PET 瓶的成型过程、工艺的设定,并探讨了含水量、干燥时间、注射压力、注射时间、注射型坯厚度等对其性能的影响以及成型过程中的故障及故障的排除。
The molding process,technology parametars setting of twice forming PET bottle were brief introduced.The influences of water content,drying time,injection pressure,injection time and thickness of injection parison on the performance of bottle were discussed.The shoot trouble in the forming is also discussed.
