摘要
通过热模水环切粒高熔体指数 PP 的工艺实践,探讨了挤出温度、熔体压力等因素对熔体流变性能的影响,表明在合适的工艺条件下,热模水环切粒工艺可用于高熔体指数 PP 的造粒。
The influence of extrusion temperature and melt pressure on PP rheological behavior is dis- cussed through practice of hot-die water-ring pelletizing for high melt index(MI)PP.It is shown that hot-die water-ring pelletizing technology is useful for high MI PP in pro- per operation conditions.
