摘要
采用一种特殊的有机物成孔剂1213,成功地制得了孔径为毫米数量级,孔酸率高达80%以上的 PTFE 多孔材料,用 PPS 对其进行了改性,并研究了多孔材料的结构、性能与 PPS 含量及加工工艺的关系。
PTFE porous material,whose pore diameter is in millimetre degree and porosity is above 80%,is prepared successfully with a special organic pore-forming agent 1213.The material was modified by PPS.The relations between the structure properties of porous material and PPS content and processing technology are discussed.
