为了使钢铁联合企业煤气达到动态平衡 ,趋向零放散 ,消除污染源 ,实现清洁生产这一目的 ,通过对马钢煤气平衡状况进行调查分析认识到 ,对采用传统的高炉———转炉冶炼工艺的大型钢铁联合企业来说 ,只要将工艺过程产生的各种煤气全部回收 ,并具有足够的值得储存和缓冲能力、实用有效的节能措施、合适的用户和科学的管理 ,就能完全满足从冶炼到轧材工艺全过程的燃料需求 ,实现燃料无油化 ,并且有富裕 。

In order to make the gas of iron & steel complex to reach the dynamic equilibrium,tend to the zero diffuse,remove the pollution source,and carry out the cleaning production,I made the analytical investigation to the gas balance status of Magang,thus I recognized that if the large iron & steel complex using the traditional technology of the blast furnace__converter process recoveries all kinds of gas producing from the technological process,has enough storing and buffering abilities?useful energy-saving measure?right user and scientific management,it will meet the needs of fuel from smelting to rolling,reach fuel no-oil,and still have margin for use.
