The preparation,characteristics and applications of polycarbonate (PC)/acrylonitrile -butadiene-styrene (ABS) alloy were detailed.The alloy had the characteristics of lower processing temperature,good processing flowability,high notched-impact toughnessand polycarbonate was got rid of brittle failure under the plane strain conditions.The PC/ABS alloy had good comprehensive properties.This material is suitable for big thin-wall parts,cars and elec- tric appliance.The comprehensive property data of this material was attached.
