RHEOLOGICAL PROPERTIES OF LOW DENSITY POLYETHYLENE AND ITS FLAME RETARDANT COMPOSITES

根据低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)及其阻燃复合物(FRPE)的流变性能实验,比较了 LDPE 和 FRPE 的熔体稠度(k)、流动指数(n)和表观粘度(η_a)对剪切速率(γ)和温度(t)的敏感性及其随 PE 和氢氧化铝(ATH)用量变化而变化的情况,并探讨了对不同种类的有机表面处理剂对 FRPE 的η_a 及离模膨胀比(D_(?))的影响.

According to the experiments of the rheological properties of low density polyethylene (LDPE) and its flame retardant composites (FRPE),their consistency index and flow behavior index(n),the sensitivitics of the apparent viscosity(η_a) to the shear rates(?) and to the temperatures (T),and the variation of the sensitivities with the change of use amount of PE and flame retardant Aluminium hydroxide were compared.The effects of the different types of organic surface agents on η.and the die swell ratio (D.) of FRPE were discussed.
