介绍了银色金属感塑料添加剂的配方、制备工艺、特点以及在PE银色包装袋膜上的应用。母粒掺混法与传统的电镀法、真空镀膜法生产的银色塑料制品相比,该法直接掺混金属粉,因此减少了设备投资,降低了生产成本,改善了车间卫生条件。
The formulation, processing technology and the performances of plastics additive master batch with silver - metallic appearance and the applications of this additive to PE silver packaging bags and films were introduced. This metal powder blending method reduced the equipments and producing costs, improved the sanitation compared with traditional electroplating and vacuum metallizing methods.
