LLDPE复合中性稳定剂的研制与应用

STUDY AND APPLICATIONS OF COMPOSITE NEUTRAL STABILIZER FOR LLDPE

采用多种国产稳定剂、润滑剂等助剂进行复合,研制了LLDPE用中性稳定剂,并且与目前普遍使用的进口中性稳定剂预混8~#进行性能比较试验。结果表明,研制的复合中性稳定剂各项性能均达到、甚至优于进口的中性稳定剂预混8~#,满足树脂质量要求,完全可以代替进口的预混8~#应用于引进LLDPE树脂生产装置。

Neutral stabilizer for LLDPE was made by compounding several domestic stabilizers, lubricants and some other agents. The comparison of the performances between the prepared composite neutral stabilizer and the common imported neutral stabilizer PREBLEND 8# were made. The results showed that the properties of the prepared composite neutral stabilizer were the same as the imported one and even better and could meet the quality requirements of LLDPE resin. It could replace the imported PREBLEND 8# and be used in the imported LLDPE plants.
