怀化旅游形象应根据怀化的“文脉”特征、主题特色和公众认知来进行分析 ,不仅应找寻怀化的地理文脉 ,而且要从怀化“五溪文化”研究入手 ,充分揭示这种地域文化所涵盖的人文精神 ,同时 ,更为重要的是必须在“大湘西”旅游品牌的总揽下 。
