随着中国“入世”和市场经济体制的更加完善,每个人面临着更多的机遇与挑战,市场也对其主体是否恪守“诚信”原则提出了更高要求。人无信不立,市无信则乱,诚信是市场经济的根本原则。而目前在国内,各方面的信用状况堪忧。市场经济不是不讲规则、不讲道德、不讲信用的经济,而恰恰相反。诚信是市场经济与生俱来的准则,是构建与市场经济制度相适应的现代经济的道德基石。所以,要在全社会进行信用教育,树立起全民信用意识,通过宣传及法制手段,普及诚信道德观念,重建社会信用体系。
