Views on the Morality Inculcation in the Course of Its Training

道德灌输是一个包括灌输主体、灌输客体、灌输内容、灌输方法和途径等要素在内的有机系统。“思想道德修养”作为对在校大学生进行系统道德教育的课程,其教学过程中必须坚持科学的道德灌输。然而,目前高等院校该课程的教学中存在一些问题,主要体现在灌输主体、灌输内容和灌输方法几个环节。这些问题的存在直接影响着道德灌输的效果。而提高德育教师的素质,调动其积极性和创造性;讲求灌输内容的科学性、针对性和现实性;探求灌输形式的灵活性和多样性,实现师生互动,不失为解决问题的途径。

The morality in culcation is an organic system which including inculcation subject?object?cont ents?methods and channels,etc.Nevertheless,nowadays there are problems in i ts training course in col-leges and universities,which mainly reflected in the links of inculcation subject?contents and methods.So,raising the teachers'q uality and mobilizing their positive and creativity is the effective way to solv e the problems.
