摘要
本文应用模糊数学的原理对"幅照香肠感官鉴定"和"某人群热能营养状况的评价"等营养与食品卫生学中两个常见的问题进行模糊综合评价,同时介绍其方法与步骤。
The principle of fuzzy mathematics was applied to fuzzy comprehensive evaluation for two common issues in Nutrition and Food hygiene such as'thd sensory evaluatlon for the irradiated sausage'and 'the evaluation for nutritional status of energy in adult'.The method and procedures were presented as well.
