摘要
本文研究了５种常见消化体系对尿硒测定值的影响，发现凡含ＨＣｌＯ４的体系硒的损失较少，尿样宜用ＨＮＯ３－ＨＣｌＯ４－Ｈ２ＳＯ４或ＨＮＯ３－钼酸钠消化液体系消化。
The effect of five digestion systems on the determination of selenium in urine was studied. Loss of selenium was scarcely found in systems containing HCIO_4. The most suitable digestion systems for determination of selenium were HNO_2 -HCIO_4-H_2SO_4 and HNO_3 -HCIO_4 -Na_2MoO_4
