近几年来,一种新的失业现象———“毕业失业”现象,正越来越引起全社会的关注。“毕业失业”现象的原因是:高校毕业生面临的总体就业环境发生变化;社会需求状况发生变化;高等教育改革滞后和大学生就业观念存在误区。而解决“毕业失业”现象的对策是:调整和完善政府、高校、用人单位、毕业生本人这四个行为主体的行为方式和参与方式。

A new phenomenon of unemployment ,that is the phenomenon of unemployment after grad-uation has recently become more and more noticeable by the whole society.Firstly,the cause is that,the employ environment which the college graduates have to face has changed greatly.Secondly,the society needs have changed.Thirdly,the reform in the institutions of higher learning is backward.Last,there is a misunderstanding about employ concept in the college graduates minds.To solve this phenomenon,the countermeasure is to adjust and perfect the four behaviour subjects' action manner and participation man-ner,ie the government ,colleges,employers and graduates.
