新形势下外国文教专家管理工作研究

Study of the management of foreign experts in the new situations

简要分析了我国高校目前聘请的外国文教专家的类型及其管理形式 ,阐述了在中国加入了 WTO和经济全球化日趋加剧的新形势下 ,中国高校聘请外国专家工作面临的新问题 。

By means of brief analyses of the types and the forms of the management of the foreign experts working in colleges and universities in China, this paper points out the new problems when foreign experts are invited to work in colleges and universities after China's entry into WTO in the situation of global economy. At the same time, this paper offers some effective ways to strengthen the management of the foreign experts based on new concept.
