Based on the analysis of the shortcomings of the traditional conflict management and the thinking method, this paper explores the essential connotations of the conflict and the conflict management, thus develops our understanding of the object of the conflict management. It also discusses the thinking method of the modern conflict management from the aspects of the ideological rules, the whole thinking process and the systematic planning methods.
