With the intense accession of the experience economy to the every aspect of the human life, it is no doubt that the experience in the urban construction involves every link in the wider range within the city. The cultural value of the urban construction has become a new growing point for the urban economic development. The experience model in the city of Dalian has formed a basic framework and pattern in its long\|term development. It is becoming increasingly important to probe into the experience model and regulate its development in the process of building up the unique characteristics of Dalian, and thus develop the urban economy of Dalian from the perspective of the theory of the experience model.
