On the Orientation of Advanced Culture and the Innovation of Social Sciences

本文以江泽民同志“三个代表”的重要思想为指导 ,紧紧围绕先进文化前进方向与社会科学创新这个中心议题 ,在考察分析我国当前社会科学事业的发展现状和存在问题的基础上 ,从理论和实践相结合的角度 ,对社会科学创新的根本任务、必要前提、重要特征和机制保障四个层面进行了认真的分析和思考 。

Taking Presindent Jiangs important thought of 'three representives' as the guide, and centering on the topic of advanced cultures orientation and social sciences innovation, this paper studies the current situation and the existing problems of social sciences in our country. Having integrated theory with practice, the author seriously analyses and ponders over the basic tasks, the essential prerequisite, the important features and the mechanism guarantee for social sciences innovation, and puts forward some new thoughts and countermeasures for its promotion and protection.
