On the Laid-off Female Employees in Chengdu Area

本文在 2 0 0 0年对成都地区下岗女工进行社会调查的基础上 ,分析了当前下岗女工的基本状况 。

Based on the social investigation of laid off female employees in Chengdu area in 2000, this article analyzes the basic situation of the laid off female employees, and then expounds the roles that the government and the laid off female employees may respectively play in effectively solving the problem of re employment.
