A Brief Analysis of Deng Xiaoping's Administration View

本文认为以人民为管理主体、以人民利益为价值标准、以促进人的发展为管理目的的邓小平行政管理思想是邓小平理论的重要组成部分 ,学习和研究邓小平的行政管理思想对于我们进行管理研究 ,提高管理水平具有重要的理论和现实意义。

This paper holds that Deng Xiaoping's administration view is an important party of Deng Xiaoping's theory, which includes that the people is the mainbody of administration; the people's interest is the value criterion of administration; and human development is the aim of administration. The study of Deng Xiaoping's administration view is both theoretically and practically helpful for us to promote our administrative standard.
