摘要
本文针对目前铁路广告媒体使用权特别是列车冠名权的管理和交易方面存在的问题 ,在企业内部管理和外部交易两个方面就铁路广告媒体经营的机构建设、相关法规的制定、铁路广告媒体使用权交易等方面提出了几点政策性建议。
Aimed at the present problems, which exist in the management and business regarding the using right of the media of advertisement in railway, especially train's naming right, some pieces of suggestions are made on internal organization construction, the institution of regulations, the trade in the using right of the media of advertisement in railway and some other aspects in its management.
