摘要
本文旨在分析国有企业改革过程中形成的经理控制权问题。首先从现代契约经济学的角度对作为现代企业经理行为约束因素的经理控制权进行分析 ,在此基础上 ,考察了国有企业经理控制权的特征及其对国有企业发展带来的非效率影响 。
The purpose of this article is to analyze the problem of the managerial control which has occurred during the reforms of state owned enterprises. At first, the article analyses the managerial control which is regarded as a binding factor of the managers behaviors in modern firms from a point of view of modern contract economics. On this basis the article devotes deep study to the characteristics of the managerial control in the state owned enterprises and to the non efficiency effect on their development. At last, the article puts forward several suggestions for the further regulation of the managerial control in the state owned enterprises.
