体外反搏的新应用—辅以体外反搏的新型心肺复苏术的基础研究 被引量:2

摘要 体外反搏以提高主动脉舒张压为目的用于改善心肌血供,我国开展体外反搏工作十多年来已取得到一定的效果,现代心肺复苏木(SECPR)自1960年以来的三十多年里,抢救了不少的猝死病人,已在全世界范围内开展,但其成功率只有10~15%.人们对其作了广泛深入的研究,复苏成功率不高的主要原因之一,是血液动力学效果不佳,尤其是动脉舒张压低,冠脉有效灌注不足,现已认识到心肺复苏的成功率与冠脉有效灌注压的直接相关.因此。
