先秦婚姻制度及《诗经》本义阐释

A Review of the Marital System during Pre-Qin Times and the Explanation of Original Meaning of The Book of Songs

根据有关古代婚俗著作的论述 ,从文献学的角度 ,结合民俗学、文化人类学 ,对《诗经》中所反映的先秦的婚姻制度进行探讨 ,先秦特殊的婚姻制度主要有以下几种 :原始的“群婚制” ;经原始的“群婚制”变异的“内婚制” ;妻妾作为财产被继承的“收继制”

In the light of some materials about marital customs in ancient times, this paper inquires into the pre Qin marital system reflected in The Book of Songs from the perspective of literature, combining with folklore, culturology and anthropology, and then categorizes such perticular customs as follows: primitive communal marriage system, neihunzhi (brothers marry their sisters) evolved from the communal marriage, and shoujizhi which allows a persons wife and concubines to be inherited by his descendents. Moreover, the author analyses some scholars misconception about this issue in the history and digs out the root reasons for those misunderstandings.
