提高两课教学实效性的关键在教师

Professors: the Key to the Improvement on Effectiveness of the Two Courses Teaching

对大学生进行思想政治教育、实施两课教学的主体是教师。要提高两课的教学实效性 ,关键在于教师要用马克思主义的立场、观点和方法指导两课教学科研 ;有严谨治学、民主求实的学风 ;以自己良好的思想和道德风范去影响和培养学生。为此 ,两课教师要认真学习马列原著 ,加强哲学社会科学的研究 。

Professors play an essential role in the two courses (the theory of politics and the ideology) teaching as well as in the ideological and political education for undergraduates. The key to the improvement on effectiveness of the two courses teaching lies in that professors apply Marxist standpoints and new methodologies to directing their teaching and their research of the two courses; they cultivate themselves with a rigorous scholarship and democratic pursuit of truth; they influence and train the students by their own sublime and ethical conduct. Accordingly, the professors who undertake the two course teaching must conscientiously study the original works by Marx and Lenin, strengthen the research of philosophy and social sciences, and equip themselves with a wide range of knowledge in social sciences.
