院 (系 )资料室是高校图书情报系统的组成部分 ,它服务于本院系师生的教学、科研 ,是研究生和高年级本科生撰写毕业论文、获取信息的重要阵地。资料室为学生读者服务时应做到以下四点 :重视学生的文献需求和关注相关的学术动态 ;做好撰写论文前期的准备工作 ;培养学生获取资料和信息综合能力 ;

College and department reference rooms are a part of the books information system in higher educational institutions, which help professors and students with study and research. They are also a very important place where graduates and senior undergraduates search materials for their thesis. Therefore, the reference room staff must fulfill the following four goals for good service, that is, taking into account the students requirments for documents and paying close attention to the related academic deveolpment; finishing necessary preparations for thesis writing; training students to attain materials and analyze information; trying hard to become a good guide for the students who are eager for information.
