Preparation and Stability investigation of Vitamin D2-β-cyclodextrin Inclusion Complex

用共溶液法及研磨法制备了ＶＤ＿２ β环糊精包合物，并测定其在室温（２０—２５℃）及８０℃加速试验时的稳定性，结果表明：ＶＤ＿２β经环糊精包合后稳定性大大提高。

Vitamin D2-β-cyclodextrin inclusion complex was prepared by way of homogeneoussolution and grinding, and its stability was tested at room temperature (20-25 ) and 80 . Theresults showed that VD2-β-cyclodextrin complex was more stable than the mechanical mixturecontaining vitamin D2 and β-cyclodextrin.
