摘要
中药检验中薄层色谱在各种因素的影响下，可产生５种不同形态的边缘效应。边缘效应产生的最根本原国是层析缸中溶剂蒸汽的不饱和状态。
Five forms of edge effects may appear during TLC tests in quality control ofChinese drugs because of the affection of various factors. The principal factor of the appearanceof edge effects is the unsaturated vapor in TLC tank.
