摘要
建立了尿中N-甲基-(3,4-亚甲二氧苯基)-2-丙胺及其代谢物对映体浓度的分析方法。药物经手性衍生化后,于非手性GC固定相上分离。采用该法测定了大鼠屎中各对映体浓度,结果表明药物及其代谢物均呈立体选择性代谢.
It is prescribed that a method for analysis of the enantiomeric concentrations ofN-methyl-(3,4-methylenedioxyphenyl)-2-propanamine and its primary metabolites in rats urine,The diastereomers were resolyed on an achiral GC cohurm after chiral derivatization. Theexperimental results indicated that the pairs of enantiomers of the drug and its metabolites showedthe stereoselective disposition in rats.
