摘要
以聚氧乙烯硬脂酸酯等为辅料制备了氢醌新的外用药剂──氢醌固体乳剂，用于治疗色素增加性皮肤病，其疗效同氢醌霜，总有效率分别为７６．２％（试验组４２例）和７０．３％（对照组３７例）。对制备的固体乳剂常温放置１２ｍｏ药剂外观色泽及主药含量未见明显变化。
Hydroqunione solid cream was prepared using a new emulsifier stearic acid pol yoxyethyl ester. Its therapeutic effect was similiar to that of 2% hydroqunione cream, theywere 76.2% and 70. 3%, respectively. The shape and content of the prepared samples almostremained the same after 12 months.
