摘要
目的:研究缺血预处理(IP)对缺血再灌注(I/R)损伤的颌下腺保护作用。方法:用血管夹夹闭兔颌下腺动脉和静脉 1h后放开血管夹恢复血运的方法建立兔颌下腺缺血再灌注损伤的动物实验模型。施加缺血预处理因素, 用血管夹夹闭颌下腺动脉和静脉 5min,放开血管夹恢复血运 10min,作缺血预处理因素然后再进行缺血再灌注损伤实验。检测I/R组和IP组颌下腺组织缺血再灌注 1, 2, 3, 5h超氧化物歧化酶活力和丙二醛含量。结果:IP组颌下腺组织内超氧化物歧化酶活力升高并显著高于I/R组,丙二醛含量升高但显著低于I/R组。结论:缺血预处理对兔颌下腺缺血再灌注损伤具有较显著的保护作用。
Objective: To evaluate the protective ability of ischemia-preconditioning (IP) on submandibular gland with injury caused by ischemia-reperfusion (I/R). Methods:The animal model of ischemia-reperfusion was made by flow interruption of the artery and vein of submandibular gland with vascular clips for 1 hour. Ischemia-preconditioning was done by interruption of the artery and vein of submandibular gland with vascular clip for 5 minutes. Reflow was initiated by removal of the clip for another 10 minutes for corresponding ischemia-preconditioning groups. Then, submandibular glands underwent one-hour ischemia and reperfusion for 1,2,3, and 5 hours separately. The activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and the content of malondialdehyde (MDA) in submandibular glands were measured. Results:The activity of SOD in IP groups was increased and higher than that in I/R groups. The MDA content in the submandibular glands increased after reperfusion. The content of MDA in I/R groups was significant higher than that in IP groups after reperfusion. Conclusion:Ischemia-preconditioning has protective effect on submandibular gland with injury induced by ischemia-reperfusion.
