摘要
目的:研究细菌性角膜溃疡患者角膜组织中的基质金属蛋白酶 2、 9 (MMP 2、 9)的表达与分布,探讨其含量的变化与角膜病变的相关性。方法:收集细菌性角膜溃疡患者的病变角膜和正常角膜,应用免疫组化染色方法检测MMP -2、MMP -9在角膜分布和表达,应用图像分析系统分析。结果:细菌性角膜溃疡角膜组织中,MMP -2的阳性表达主要分布于角膜基质层;MMP- 9的阳性表达主要分布于角膜上皮层和基底膜附近。病变角膜组织中两种酶的阳性表达均具有统计学意义。结论:MMP -2、MMP- 9对细菌性角膜溃疡的发展可能起重要作用。MMP- 2参与角膜基质层的损害,MMP- 9参与角膜上皮层和基底膜的损害。
Objective: To study the expression and distribution of the matrix metalloproteinase-2 and -9(MMP-2,-9) in bacterial corneal ulcer. Methods: We collected cornea with bacterial corneal ulcer and normal cornea. The expression and distribution of MMP-2 and MMP-9 in the cornea were tested with immunohistochemical dying. The results are analyzed by using computer analysis system. Results: The expression of MMP-2 and MMP-9 were found in the corneas with bacterial corneal ulcer. The expression of MMP-2 asw mainly located in corneal stroma, and that of MMP-9 was mainly in corneal epithelium and basement membrane. The expression of MMP-2 and MMP-9 in the corneas with bacterial corneal ulcer had statistics significance. Conclusion: The MMP-2 and MMP-9 may play an important role in the course of the bacterial corneal ulcer. The MMP-2 participates in the lesion of corneal stroma, and the MMP-9 participates in the lesion of corneal epithelium and basement membrane.
