摘要
本文提出了我国农村健康保险的精算体系和测算保险费、管理费、储备金、预防保健费、保险因子、增加系数、医药费及其补偿比的实用方法。
This paper firstly presents a study on the system of Actuarial Science on Rural Health Insurance in China. It includes the content of the system, and of the calculating methods for the premium, for the cost of administration, for the reserve fund, for the cost of preventive maternal and children care, for the insurance factor, for the increasing factor, and for the medical expense and the coverage rates in medicine.
