选择性冠状动脉造影的体会

Experience of Selective Coronary Angiography

选择性冠状动脉造影术（ＳＣＡ）是诊断冠心病十分准确的方法。通过对４６９例ＳＣＡ进行总结，认为术前了解患者病情，术中按操作规程进行插管．动作轻柔，并密切观察患者主动脉压力、心电图变化及冠状动脉侧枝循环征象，尽可能缩短手术时间，对减少ＳＣＡ的并发症是十分重要的。并对手术过程中出现的一些问题提出自己的见解。

Selective coronary angiography (SCA)is very accurate diagnostic method for coronary heartdisease. To evaluate the safety of SCA, 469 patientswith SCA were analysed. There were 375 men and 94women. The patients were aged between 36 to 78(mean age 58. 4+4.6).There were not severe compli-cation(e.g. acute myocardial infarction,death).Toreduce the complication of SCA,we must abide therule as follows:1. To understand the patient'sinfor-mation; 2. to abide by operation precedures;3.to ob-serve closely the changes of aorta arterial presure andelectrocardiogram during SCA; 4.to.shorten the timeof SCA.
