体外循环术后低血压状态与低血离子钙的关系

Hypotensive Status and Hypocalcemia after Cardiopulmonary Bypass

报道６例体外循环术后病人低血压状态与低血浆离子钙有关，补葡萄糖酸钙后血压明显上升至正常水平。这些病人伴有呼吸性碱中毒。对低血浆离子钙与呼吸性碱中毒及低血浆离子钙与低血压的关系作了讨论。并提出对体外循环术后原因不明的血压过低，应考虑由离子钙浓度过低所致。术后早期检测动脉血气电解质，及时发现并纠正血生化紊乱，对心脏术后病人顺利康复有重要意义。

In this paper we reported 6 cases of hypocalcemia relative hypotensive status after CPB. By administratin of calcium gluconate ,the blood pressurerised to normal level.AII of this patients accompanied with respiratory alkalosis because of hyperventilation. Therelationships of hypocalcemia ,respiratory alkalosis andhypotention was discussed. Our data suggests thathypocalcemia must be considered for post CPB patient withhypotention ,and that rotine analysis of blood gas andelectrolytes after CPB is very bcneficial to patient'srecovery.
