摘要
作者自行设计采用跖肌腱作为袢材料治疗下肢深静脉瓣膜功能不全１６例，效果满意。解决了以往袢材料长度不足、中间有接头、组织损伤较大以及排斥反应等问题，使袢材料更为理想，且简化了手术，宜于基层医院开展。
The authors designed to use musculiplantaris tendon as the ansa
material to cure 16 casessuffered from insufficiency of deep venous valve oflower extremity
and gained satisfactory results,which has resolved the problems that the previousansa
material was short and had a juncture in themiddle, tissue damage was serious and there was
re-jecting reaction and has made the ansa material moreideal. Furthermore, the design is more
rational,which simplifies the operation and makes basic-levelhospitals be able to carry out.
