摘要
分析了珠算教师的教学心态特征及其在珠算教学中的作用。指出学生思维活泼、个性强、可塑性大,但自控能力差,要充分发挥学生的学习能力,必须重视学生心态的培养,充分尊重他们的人格与个性,使学生在学习过程中产生轻松感、愉悦感、新奇感、严谨感和成就感。
A successful activity of abacus is always accompanied by a good state of mind. The state of mind of abacus teachers is analyzed and their role in the teaching of the course is explained. It is held that the teachers should pay great attention to the cultivation of a good state of mind for the students, who are poor in controlling themselves but active in thinking, strong in personality and flexible in cultivation. Besides, they should give full play to their learning abilities and respect their character and personality, so that they can have a sense of case, pleasure, curiosity, rigorousness and fulfillment in their learning process.
